commission terms

I will draw:
- Humanoids
- Animals (feral and anthro)I will not draw:
- NSFW or fetish
- Social or political messaging
- Vehicles, architecture, or landscapes
- Characters or themes which make me uncomfortableI have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, without explanation

THE PROCESSINITIAL CONSULTATION
- Let me know how you prefer to communicate (e-mail, Discord, Kofi, etc.)
- Inform me if you have a desired deadline
- Send me a detailed order, including character sheets, desired poses, expressions, and anything else you believe will be helpful to me in the creation process
- If we come to an agreement, you pay a non-refundable 50% deposit via PayPal (commissions costing $15 or less will be paid in full upfront)WORK STAGES
1. Sketch: I'll do my best with the information you've provided me in our initial consultation to come up with a sketch. You'll have three opportunities to ask for revisions. If you're unsatisfied with my service, you may choose to discontinue working with me. You keep the sketch, I keep the initial deposit, no hard feelings. If you decide to move forward with the commission, you will pay the remaining 50% of the deposit. NO REFUNDS BEYOND THIS POINT .2: Lines: I will clean up the sketch and provide you a crisp set of lines. Once finished, you will have a chance to ask for revisions.3. Color (if applicable): Including the lines if you like. When finished, you'll have a chance to ask for revisions on the color work only.4. Rendering (if applicable): The final and perhaps the most time-consuming part of this process. I do not offer revisions for this.DELIVERY
Upon completion, you will receive a digital copy of your commission in a file format of your choosing, via e-mail. If a file type is not specified, it will be a PNG.RIGHTS
I retain all rights to artwork that I create, and will likely publish it on my social media accounts. If you are on a platform where I have already published your commission, please do not repost it. Otherwise, you may upload it with sufficient credit given to me, including a link back to one or more of my social media accounts.You are prohibited from altering, profiting from, or claiming ownership of my work. Use in AI image training or as an NFT is expressly forbidden.
